Retrieving your class schedule

Your schedule for the Fall 2026 semester will be available on the College’s Col.Net website no later than August 17 at 4:00 PM. If you don’t yet have access to Col.Net, don’t worry, a paper copy of your schedule will be provided to you during the Welcome Day.

On this day, you will also have the opportunity to create your Col.Net and Microsoft 365 access directly on-site with the help of IT technician.

Changing your schedule

Once you have received your schedule, you will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with your Academic Advisor in order to:

• Withdraw from a course (for more information on deadlines, consult the academic calendar)
• Add a course (ideally during the first week of classes to avoid falling behind in your studies);
• Request a substitution if you believe a course taken at another CEGEP is equivalent to one of your current semester courses;
• Request sponsorship to retake a course or advance in general education with “Cegep à distance” or “Cegep virtuel”;
• Review your academic path to better meet your needs;
• Change your program;
• Withdraw from the program.
